PICTURESQUE PLACE

The camp will be located in Varfu Dealului village, Suceava county, near Obcina Mare mountains (max altitude 1224 m). The location is surrounded by forests with glades, so the children will spend a lot of time in nature.

Casa Dana

HEALTHY FOOD

The food is supplied by Casa Dana, everyday we will serve 3 main meals and 1 snack. It is not allowed to bring any food, snacks or sweets from home. Each day the menu includes milk, meat, soup, cereals, vegetables, fruits and sweets. The detailed menu can be found in the parents’ brochure, which you will receive after submitting your registration form via Apply.

SIX TRAINERS

The kids will be guided by 3 trainers during the informatics classes and 3 trainers during the teamwork activities. Find out who they are through the Contact button.

ROBOTICS AND
PROGRAMMING

The programming and robotics activities don’t need any previous knowledge. Our trainers will work with the children based on their knowledge level. All the educational materials are provided by us, such as laptop, pen and paper, robot pieces, sensors etc.

During the robotics course the children will learn more about engines and sensors, vital elements needed for developing smart moving systems. This knowledge will be used for building LEGO Mindstorms EV3 and Spike Prime robots, which will be programmed through proper programming languages.

During the programming course, the children are going to solve more and more complex tasks, learning about logical thinking, algorithms and important programming principles. All of it will be presented in an entertaining and a simple way.

They will learn basic programming techniques
in EV3Classroom / Spike / Python / Arduino / HTML / CSS / JavaScript,
projecting/building/programming robots.

TEAMWORK

Throughout all the camp teamwork is a point of interest.

Working together helps us develop communication skills, as well as improving our leader qualities and learning how to listen to our teammates.

These activities ask from the participants reduced physical effort.

The children will learn about the beauty of nature and what the resources this has to offer. They will learn several basic orientation and recycle techniques.

This knowledge will have to be applied throughout the activities.

LOTS OF FUN

Everyday fun games will be organized:
campus games,
board games,
bone fire,
movie night,
barbeque party,
forest trips
are some of the things you don't want to miss.
The children will be organized in 3 different coloured teams. The 3 teams will contest throughout all the camp, during the robotics/programming as well as the teamwork activities. In the last day, there will be a final contest when the children will test their new knowledge.

GREAT MEMORIES

The parents will receive occasionally photos as members of the WhatsApp group we will create.

In addition, after the camp is over, they will receive a link for downloading a full set of photos and videos from the camp.

Six wonderful days spent in the company of many friends of the same age with you and with the same passions could not be complete without a wonderful visual collection that you will always keep and show to your friends from home.
